Ohio Vintage is located in Bay Village, Ohio. 27003 Knickerbocker Rd. Bay Village, Ohio.
We're open Saturdays 10AM–3PM for walk-in browsing — no appointment needed.
For private viewings outside of Saturday hours, book a time directly through our website and we'll arrange access at a time that works.
Every Saturday we release new restored pieces — available in person first when we open at 10AM. At noon the same pieces go live online for anyone who can't make it in.
Subscribers to our email list get notified Saturday at noon so you know exactly what's coming in before anyone else sees it. Unless you stop in before noon ;)
First come, first served in person. Online inventory goes live at noon sharp.
Yes — private viewings are available by appointment. Book directly through our website and we'll coordinate a time. This is a good option if you're interested in a specific piece or want a more focused experience without the Saturday crowd.
A curated showroom of restored midcentury modern furniture. Every piece on the floor has been through our restoration process.
We keep the space intentional and the experience straightforward. Come in, browse, ask questions. No pressure, no sales tactics.
Every piece is priced based on its maker, era, condition, and market value. We don't discount individual pieces — the price reflects the quality of the restoration and the value of the piece itself.
Seasonal sale events happen occasionally — subscribe to our email list to be the first to know.
Every piece in our regular inventory has been through our restoration process — cleaned, repaired, refinished, or reupholstered using professional-grade products. No hardware store shortcuts, no cutting corners.
If a piece isn't ready it isn't listed. Simple as that.
All standard inventory is restored and ready for your home. We note any intentional patina or character marks that are part of the piece's history — those are features, not flaws.
Occasionally we host Warehouse Cleanout events where as-found, unrestored pieces are available at reduced prices. These are separate from our regular inventory and clearly marked as such.
Two ways. Subscribe to our email list for Saturday drop previews and noon launch notifications. Or follow us on Instagram where we document new pieces, the restoration process, and what's coming through the warehouse.
We don't hold pieces without a deposit. If you're seriously interested reach out directly and we'll discuss options. First come, first served otherwise — both in person and online.
Our pieces are priced fairly, and we stand behind that pricing. Although we do negotiate on individual pieces. It is encouraged to view items in person and discuss a potential deal. If something feels out of reach keep an eye on our seasonal sale events where select inventory is offered at reduced pricing.
Occasionally we host Warehouse Cleanout events — limited time, clearly marked, communicated to our email list first. Everything in our regular showroom and online store is fully restored. Cleanout events are separate and temporary.
Subscribe to our email list to be notified when the next one happens.
Yes — we're always looking for the right pieces. If you have midcentury modern furniture you're looking to sell or part with reach out and tell us what you have. We'll let you know if it's something we'd be interested in acquiring.
For purchases over $500 we offer complimentary local delivery to the following areas: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Detroit.
Delivery is curbside — we bring the piece to you and get it off the truck. From there it's yours to bring inside and place however you'd like.
To arrange delivery: complete your purchase and select local pickup at our Bay Village warehouse at checkout. Then reach out to us directly and we'll coordinate a delivery date that works for both of us.
Simple as that.
Yes — we ship nationwide.
For smaller items and décor, shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
For furniture and larger pieces we recommend reaching out before purchasing. We'll get you an accurate shipping quote and send over an invoice for the total once everything is confirmed. This ensures there are no surprises at checkout and the logistics are handled correctly for larger items.
Contact us before purchasing any large piece and we'll take care of the rest.
Absolutely. Select local pickup at our Bay Village warehouse at checkout. We'll reach out to coordinate a pickup time that works — Saturday open hours are the easiest, or we can arrange a separate time by appointment.
Smaller items typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Larger furniture pieces shipped via freight carrier vary based on carrier availability and your location. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking information once your piece is on its way.
We don't currently offer international shipping. If you're located outside the US and interested in a piece reach out — we can discuss options on a case by case basis.
We offer full furniture restoration and cabinet refinishing for residential and commercial clients.
Furniture restoration includes stripping, refinishing, reupholstering, hardware replacement, and structural repair. Cabinet refinishing covers full repaints, existing finish touch-ups, and hardware updates for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.
If you have a piece or a project worth doing right — reach out and tell us about it.
Primarily midcentury modern and vintage furniture — dressers, credenzas, chairs, sofas, dining sets, desks, and case goods. We also work on heirloom and antique pieces outside of the MCM category when the piece has real significance.
For cabinet work we take on residential kitchens and bathrooms as well as commercial spaces.
We don't work on pieces that have no tangible or emotional value. If you're looking for a cheap fix on a low-quality piece we're not the right fit.
We also don't do same-day repairs or rush work. Real restoration takes real time — that's the point.
Reach out through our website contact form or inquiry page with photos and a description of the piece and what you're looking for. We'll follow up to discuss the scope and provide a quote.
Every project is different depending on scope, condition, and current workload. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we discuss your project — and we stick to it.
What we won't do is rush the work to hit an arbitrary deadline. Quality takes the time it takes.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your spot and begin work. Deposit amount and terms are confirmed at the time of quoting.
Yes — for the right scope we travel. Large commercial cabinet refinishing and restoration projects outside of Northeast Ohio are considered on a case by case basis. Reach out with project details and we'll let you know what's possible.
We can attempt color and finish matching — however matching existing finishes involves variables outside our control and carries inherent risk. This is factored into the quote accordingly. We'll always be upfront about what's achievable before work begins.
Dust weekly with a soft dry cloth. Never use paper towels — they scratch the finish over time.
Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth and dry right after. Never let water sit on a wood surface.
Oil or wax every 6–12 months depending on use. We recommend Howard Feed-N-Wax — available at the warehouse and on our website.
Keep the piece out of direct sunlight. UV exposure fades and dries out wood finishes faster than anything else.
Avoid harsh cleaners. No Pledge, no all-purpose sprays. If you wouldn't put it on fine wood — don't.
Use felt pads under anything placed on the surface to prevent scratches.
Vacuum monthly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris before it settles into the fabric.
Blot spills immediately — never rub. Rubbing spreads the stain and damages fabric fibers.
Rotate cushions regularly if applicable. Even wear extends the life of the upholstery significantly.
Check the fabric code on your piece — we include this on your care card at purchase. W means water-based cleaner. S means solvent only. WS means either. X means vacuum only.
Professional cleaning every 2–3 years keeps fabric fresh and extends the life of the restoration.
Condition leather every 6–12 months with a quality leather conditioner. We recommend Leather Honey — available at the warehouse and on our website.
Wipe down with a dry or slightly damp cloth for everyday cleaning. Avoid harsh soaps or chemical cleaners.
Keep leather out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources — both cause drying and cracking over time.
We only recommend products we use in our own shop:
For wood: Howard Feed-N-Wax, Watco Danish Oil for walnut and teak pieces, Guardsman Wood Polish for everyday maintenance.
For upholstery: Scotchgard Fabric Protector for fabric pieces, Leather Honey Conditioner for leather.
All of these are available for purchase at the warehouse and through our online store.
Yes. Every purchase comes with a care card tailored to the piece you bought — wood care or upholstery care depending on what you're taking home. We also include felt pads with every wood piece automatically.
If you have questions about caring for your specific piece after purchase, reach out anytime. We stand behind everything we sell.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our Shopify store online. In person at the warehouse we accept card payments, cash, and contactless payments.
For larger restoration and refinishing projects we'll send an invoice directly with payment instructions included.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. The deposit amount and payment terms are discussed and confirmed at the time of quoting. We'll outline everything clearly before any work begins.
All sales are final on restored furniture pieces. We describe and document every piece thoroughly so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
If something arrives damaged during shipping contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right. We stand behind every piece we send out.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If there's an issue with completed work we want to know about it — reach out directly and we'll address it. Our reputation is built on the quality of our work and we take that seriously.
We don't currently offer financing or formal payment plans. For larger restoration projects payment terms can be discussed at the time of quoting on a case by case basis.
We run select seasonal sale events a few times a year — 10–20% off select collections or full inventory depending on the event. These are communicated to our email list first before any public announcement.
Subscribe to our email list to make sure you're notified before anyone else.
We're currently building out a loyalty program for repeat customers. Stay tuned — subscribe to our email list and follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when it launches.
